SPECIALTY
Over a period of time we have developed the following speciality.

1. We assist the customer starting from product design to the final assembly so as to deliver the full benefits of the diecasting process to the end user.
2. We integrate our knowledge of diecast tooling, diecast manufacturing and final machining in a seamless way and tailor our processes to suit the requirements of the end product.
3. Our ability to cast close tolerances including minor dia cored holes often results in reducing the need for secondary operations, giving cost savings to the end user.

ENGINEERING CAPABILITY
We also have a very well staffed (engineers) Design section supported by latest software such as Solidworks, Delcam and DIEDIFICE for optimizing the detailed design. All tool making is done in house. Mould bases are sourced from reputable manufacturers only.

A complete die history file is maintained for each of nearly 100 dies that we have in-house today. All repair / modification work done on dies in production is well documented. Together with month wise / shift wise identification on the dies, complete traceability of component is assured in case of any fault.
